Rui Costa e LAMPRE-MERIDA: accordo per il rinnovo

Il Team LAMPRE-MERIDA e i suoi sponsor annunciano con soddisfazione che il sodalizio con il campione del mondo Rui Costa, fino a ora molto proficuo, proseguirà anche per le prossime due stagioni.

Vincendo un’intensa concorrenza, Le parti hanno infatti trovato l’intesa per arrivare al futuro rinnovo contrattuale, un passo di grande rilevanza sia per la squadra che per l’atleta.
Seguendo le tempistiche previste dai regolamenti, il corridore e il Team LAMPRE-MERIDA provvederanno a sottoscrivere il contratto ufficiale.

Rui Costa (foto Bettini) occupa il terzo posto nella classifica UCI World Tour e ha appena conquistato il suo terzo Giro di Svizzera, dopo essere già salito durante la stagione sul podio di altri due eventi World Tour, con la seconda posizione nella Parigi-Nizza e la terza piazza nel Giro di Romandia. Il campione del mondo si appresta a prendere parte da protagonista al Tour de France 2014.

Team LAMPRE-MERIDA and the sponsors have pleasure in announcing that the relationship with the world champion Rui Costa will continue for the next two seasons.

The two parties have come to an agreement to renew the contract for another two seasons: this is an important step forward for the future of the team.
The team and the rider will be signing the official contract within the correct date and time as required by the rules and regulations.,

Rui Costa (photo Bettini) is currently in 3rd place in UCI World Tour individual classification and he has just won his third consecutive Tour of Switzerland, as well as podium placings in two World Tour events namely Paris-Nice (2nd place) and Tour of Romandie (3rd position).
The world champion is ready to take part in Tour de France 2014.
