WILIER SELLE ITALIA: SBARCATI IN MALESIA CON TANTE ASPETTATIVE
Sono arrivati oggi in Malesia i corridori della Wilier Triestina – Selle Italia in vista del Tour de Langkawi, ultima corsa asiatica di questo inizio di stagione in programma dal 22 febbraio al 1 marzo. La squadra, diretta da Luca Amoriello, ricalcherà quella vista nel recente Tour of Oman con due punte, Jakub Mareczko e Filippo Pozzato.
Il velocista bresciano proverà a ripetere quanto fatto nell’ultima edizione quando si impose nella 6^ tappa conquistando altri tre podi mentre il vicentino affinerà ancor di più la condizione in vista del primo grande obiettivo stagionale, la Milano – Sanremo.
Attorno a loro ci sarà una squadra ben rodata dopo la settimana in Oman con Rafael Andriato, Alberto Cecchin e Giuseppe Fonzi uomini chiave nel treno per Mareczko e Jacopo Mosca che potrebbe avere carta bianca nelle frazioni più dure
The Wilier Triestina – Selle Italia riders arrived today in Malaysia where from the 22nd of February till the 1st of March is gonna be in program the last asiatic race of this beginning of the season, the Tour de Langkawi. The team, directed by Luca Amoriello, will have in Jakub Mareczko and Filippo Pozzato the two leaders.
The bresciano sprinter will try to repeat the experience of last year when he was able to win the 6th stage and to be other three times on the podium. For Pozzato the Tour de Langkawi is gonna be even more important to get ready for the first target of the season, the Milan – Sanremo.
The selection is completed by riders that can be considered in good form after competing in Oman with Rafael Andriato, Alberto Cecchin and Giuseppe Fonzi that will have a key role in the train for Mareczko and with Jacopo Mosca that will be our man for the hardest stages.
